ABOUT THIS 2 DAY TRAINING

You are an experienced clinician, seeking to become a master clinician. You are ready to become that aquatic therapist... the one to whom other therapists refer their most challenging patients. During this training, you will hone your analytical and problem solving skills in the classroom and then take to the water to practice intricate handling skills, including lessons borrowed from the neurodevelopmental treatment approach (NDT) and loosely based on Halliwick fundamentals.

Learn to choose your aquatic treatment strategies by analyzing each child's functional impairments and balancing them with the child's relationship with water. Then learn to guide each session towards a specific and desired outcome of treatment. This class is an aquatic and land-based intensive, with over 12 hours spent in hands-on skill mastery.
